30 seconds per station, 30 seconds to switch, 3 rounds.

slosh pipe hold (overhead)

5 minute intermission

kb shuttle, farmer carry 2 KB's down the driveway (roughly 15 yards), switch hands and return, move down 1 kb, continue until player has moved every KB.
