workout:

6 way BB complex @ 95#
(6x Dead lift + 6x bent over row + 6x hang clean + 6x front squat + 6x push-press + 6x backsquat + 6x pushup)

work up to heavy Dead lift (315#)

getting back into the gym after 4 rough days in the kitchen....
